Congratulations!
Mr. Andrew Tsubaki, head instructor of Kansas Ki Society, received the
Order of Sacred Treasure (Zuihou Shoujushou) from Japan.
He was given the Order from Consulate General of Japan's office in Chicago
on January 19, 2007.
He started to learn Ki-Aikido since 1979. And He taught at University of
Kansas since 1987 till 2006. He visited many countries for lecture demonstration
trip such as USA, Brazil, Argentina, Germany, Holland, England, Italy,
Hungary etc.
He staged a Kabuki production of Kanjincho along with a Buyo Dance, Ayame
Yutaka, the very first Japanese theatre production the whole Israel did
in Hebrew.
He has been the executive Director of the Greater Kansas City Japan Festival.
